Products and Pricing
We sell ready-to-gift luxury hamper boxes and jewellery collections. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

Prepaid Policy
MiniCharmBox operates on a prepaid-only basis. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be fully paid via our secure online checkout before processing and dispatch.

Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped via trusted partners like India Post and Delhivery. While we aim for delivery within 3 to 7 business days, occasional delays due to courier issues or festive rushes are out of our control.

Returns and Damages Policy
To claim any product damage, an unboxing video is strictly mandatory. This video must show the opening of the package seal until the end without any edits, cuts, or filters. Failure to provide this video means your request will be declined immediately. Damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for returns or refunds.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
